How do I place my order?
Pre-order products on our website for pick up at Vic's Meat Market or delivery to your home.
- Nominate your pick-up or delivery date when submitting your order. Please note orders close at 10pm for next day collection or delivery.
- Bring your order confirmation or present it on your mobile when you pick up between 8am and 4pm at our butcher.
When do orders close?
Online orders close at 10pm for next day collection/delivery.
- Pick up your order at our Butcher between 8am and 4pm Mondays to Saturdays.
- Delivery is on Mondays to Saturdays between 8am and 12pm. You will need to be home to accept our delivery.

How much do you charge for delivery?
A $15 flat fee.
What if I want to order other items that aren't listed online?
Our entire range at the butcher is available for purchase when you pick up.

When can I pick up?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, Vics' Meat Market accepts no liability for orders are not collected at the nominated date and time. Our Butcher collections operate during the following hours:
I'm a loyalty member. How do I get my 10% discount on my order?
All Vic's Meat Market loyalty members get 10% at our butcher all year round. If you're not a member yet, sign up here - it's free!
