FAQs

How do I place my order?

Pre-order products on our website for pick up at Vic's Meat Market.

  • Place your Christmas order online before 4pm, Monday the 17th December 2018.
  • Nominate your pick-up date and time when submitting your order.
  • Pick up between Wednesday 19 December and Monday 24 December.

When do orders close?

Online orders close 2 hours ahead of each pick up slot. For example you will need to place your order at 2pm for pick up at 4-9pm.

What if I want to order other items that aren't listed online?

Our entire range at the butcher is available for purchase when you pick up while the Butchery is open. If you are picking up after our Butcher has closed, please head into our Smokehouse & Grill to pick up your order.

When can I pick up?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, Vics' Meat Market accepts no liability for orders are not collected at the nominated date and time. Our Butcher is open during the following hours:

  • Butcher pick ups: Sunday - Thursday 7am-4pm
  • Butcher pick ups: Friday & Saturday 7am-5pm
  • Smokehouse & Grill pick ups: Thursday 4pm-9pm
  • Smokehouse & Grill pick ups: Friday & Saturday 5pm-9pm

I'm a loyalty member. How do I get my 10% discount on my order?

All Vic's Meat Market loyalty members get 10% at our butcher all year round. If you're not a member yet, sign up here - it's free!

  • Log in to your account.
  • Member pricing will immediately display accordingly with a 'Member Price' discount sash on each product once you have signed in.
  • Member pricing does not apply to Anthony Puharich and Libby Travers' MEAT: The Ultimate Companion.

Do you deliver?

We don't offer delivery at this stage.
